Registration Information

Registration is possible via telephone, fax, mail, or online. As stated on the meeting home page, the registration fee is $99 and will include:

• Gourmet coffee cart (lattes, espresso, mocha, specialty drinks) for all registrants
• Breakfast
• Lunch
• Snacks/drinks available between CE sessions
  
• Credit provided by the Amarillo College CE Department
• Top quality lecture facilities

To register by fax or mail:

• Download/print the registration form (Free Adobe Reader required)
• Complete the form
• Enclose a check for $99 payable to Amarillo College Center for Continuing Healthcare Education and mail to the address provided on the form OR
• Include credit card information (number, expiration date, and cardholder's name) on the form and fax to the fax number on the form.

To register by phone, simply call 806-354-6085. Refer to the
nuclear medicine program ID Number 094441 and have your credit card information handy.

To register online:

• Browse: http://www.actx.edu/ce/
• Choose "Registration" from the list on the left-hand
  side of the page.
• Select "Search & Register for Classes".

• On the next screen type nmtt-2000-1002 into the  box for the Course Code Number
• Select the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page. 
• Choose the Nuclear Medicine Conference and follow
  the instructions
