The deadline for reservations is February 22, 2010, but don’t wait until the cut-off date to make your reservations. It is customary for us to sell-out our room block weeks before the meeting.

Airline and Travel Information
The Worthington is 17 miles from the Dallas/Fort Worth Internatial Airport (DFW) and 38 miles from Southwest's Dallas/Love Field (DAL). The least expensive way to travel to and from DFW is the Super Shuttle. The cost is $17 each way, and you must allow an hour since the shuttle stops at several downtown hotels. The estimated cost of a cab from DFW is $55. A shuttle from DAL costs approximately $36, and a cab will cost around $60 from DAL.

Saturday Evening Reception
