Attendee response to this year's meeting has led to a sold-out condition at the Hyatt Regency. The SW Chapter recommends that attendees currently without rooms make reservations at the nearby DoubleTree Hotel.

The DoubleTree is one block away from the Hyatt Regency and is a three-diamond hotel which boasts a long list of amenities, like high-speed internet access in every comfortable guestroom or suite, as well as Wi-Fi (wireless) access in public areas.

Reserving a Room at the DoubleTree
A block of rooms has been set aside at the special rate of:
           $129.00 single and double occupancy
State, local, and occupancy taxes total approximately 12.75%.

When making your reservation, please mention that you are with the Society of Nuclear Medicine. The cut-off date for the special rate is March 24, 2006, but don’t wait until the cut-off date to make your reservations. Each individual guest must make their own reservations by calling 1-888-223-4113 or 1-505-247-3344. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with major credit card.

Airline and Travel Information
Albuquerque International Sunport is only five miles from downtown and is served by virtually all the major airlines, including: American, Continental, Delta, Southwest, and United. Airport shuttle services charge about $10 per person one way; $17 round trip. A cab costs approximately $15 between the airport and hotel.

Saturday Evening Reception at the National Atomic Museum
Plan to enjoy time with friends and colleagues as we share a reception at the National Atomic Museum! For an additional, small registration fee, you can enjoy a couple of beverages and some hors d’oeuvres while you tour the museum and plan the rest of you evening’s entertainment. Transportation will be provided.
